Haider Ali, MD is an interventional pain management physician with specialized training in multidisciplinary pain medicine and anesthesiology. Dr. Ali is committed to helping patients achieve meaningful relief from chronic pain as quickly as possible, utilizing a comprehensive multimodal approach that combines advanced interventions and personalized care. He sees patients primarily at the Pain Treatment Institute in Sherman, TX.
Dr. Ali treats a broad spectrum of conditions, including back and neck pain, joint pain, sciatica, nerve pain, fibromyalgia, and migraine headaches. Education and Training
Dr. Ali earned his undergraduate degree at the University of Florida and completed his medical degree at the University of Central Florida College of Medicine. He went on to complete his residency in Anesthesiology at Ochsner Clinic Foundation, where he served as Chief Resident. He completed his fellowship training in interventional pain management at the University of Florida, with a subspecialty focus in interventional endoscopic spine techniques.
Dr. Ali has demonstrated a long-standing commitment to the field of pain medicine through his active involvement in research and academic contributions. He is the author of multiple publications, including a textbook chapter in pain medicine, reflecting his dedication to advancing knowledge and improving care in this evolving specialty.
He stays current with innovations in interventional pain management by actively participating in professional development sessions and learning the latest techniques through specialized courses around the nation. Dr. Ali is a member of several professional organizations, including the American Society of Regional Anesthesia and Pain Medicine (ASRA), North American Neuromodulation Society (NANS), American Academy of Pain Medicine (AAPM), and many more.
