Devin McCoy, PA
Devin McCoy, PA is a physician assistant with Pain Treatment Institute. Devin has dedicated his life to helping others. He began as an EMT in Oakland, CA, where he witnessed the powerful impact that healthcare has on communities. He noticed that areas with better access to quality healthcare were stronger communities.
Top Physician Assistant
Devin has worked his way up the ranks of healthcare and used his education to improve healthcare access for the underserved along the way. He earned his Associate’s Degree in Nursing at Ohlone Community College in California (1994), his Bachelor’s Degree of Nursing, from Texas Tech University (1998), and his Certificate in Physician Assistant studies from the Rural Health Program at the University of North Dakota in Grand Forks, ND (2001). He returned to Texas Tech to earn his MBA degree in 2016.
He is an accomplished ICU nurse with over 30 years of taking care of people and more than 25 years of dedicated Brain and Spine Surgery experience. He has lectured at National Conventions and he has mentored Allied Health Professionals all over Texas.
Devin joined the Pain Treatment Institute in 2021 and is putting his experience to work: “I am here to help people live better and hurt less.”
Devin enjoys the theater, performing stand-up and improv comedy, backpacking, woodworking, pottery, and is a pretty fair amateur chef.
