Veronica Shaw, NP
Veronica Shaw, NP, is a nurse practitioner with Pain Treatment Institute. She was born and raised in Mississippi where her strong roots of southern hospitality instilled in her the strong desire for helping others.
Caring Nurse Practitioner
She takes great pride in her career being able to understand many areas of the nursing healthcare field because she began as a nursing assistant and eventually became a Registered Nurse with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Mississippi University for Women.
The desire to do more for her clients drove her to acquire more education. Thus, she received her certification through American Association for Nurse Practitioners upon graduating from Texas Woman’s University in 2013 with a Masters of Science in Nursing and a focus on family.
She has over 10 years of experience in Family Practice, Functional Medicine, Neurology and Oncology. She loves working with all people and being able to get them to their highest level of functioning potential.
In her free time, she enjoys traveling and spending time with family.
